Hello everyone! Both Lucrezia and I are super excited for our Workshop on how to shift your mindset and how to analyze new opportunities based on your desired/dreamed vision. PLEASE BRING: - notepad/diary/tablet... whichever surface you feel most comfortable writing on! - pen/pencil - If you are able to, bring your dream vision of where you'd absolutely love to be in life - relationship/personal/work/business - already written down in one or two very concise yet detailed sentences. How to do so: sit back, close your eyes, and take a long deep breath in and out. Now, set any limiting beliefs, undesired feelings, non-serving patterns, current circumstances aside. In your ideal world (which you are able to create), where are you, what are you doing and how do you feel? Otherwise, be in a quiet space where there are no distractions, leave your cellphone on airplane mode, be open to sharing and gift yourself being present during this workshop so you can make the most out of it and start experiencing shifts in your life.
